Curbside Household Garbage Pickup

The City of Powder Springs offers once per week curbside household garbage collection. All garbage MUST be bagged, placed inside the garbage cart and placed at the curb before 7:00AM on your day of collection in order to be picked up.

Items that we WILL NOT pick up include: Paint/paint cans, Asbestos, Roofing Materials, Lumber, Sheetrock/Drywall, Cement, Construction Materials, Flooring, Tile, Doors, Carpet/Padding, Siding, Gutters, Rock, Cement, Concrete, Bricks, Concrete Blocks, Gravel, Dirt, Stumps, Vehicles and Vehicle Parts, Car Batteries, Engine Oils/Fluids, Medical/Animal Waste, Toxic/Hazardous Materials
