[ARCHIVED] Your input is needed on CobbForward, the county's Comprehensive Transportation Plan

Red White Clear Road

Cobb County last completed a Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) in 2015—and much has changed in that time!

To update the CTP, the county and its cities (including Powder Springs) are embarking on CobbForward—the County’s CTP for 2050. CobbForward is coming back to the community to gather input on a series of surface transportation (roadway, bicycle, trail, and pedestrian) and transit projects. Your feedback and participation in CobbForward will help to inform the future of transportation investments in the County for the next 30 years.

A series of three virtual public meetings will be held to gather community input on the following dates:

Tuesday, May 11th | 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. (click here to register)
Saturday, May 15th | 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. (click here to register
Wednesday, May 19th | 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (click here to register)

Visit www.CobbForward.org to register for the virtual public meetings and to learn more about the plan! The project website also features information on upcoming in-person Commissioner Town Hall Meetings as well as an online survey coming soon to provide feedback. Please share these opportunities with your friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, etc.!
