The Powder Springs Police Department will participate in the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 26, 2013. The service is free, anonymous, and no questions will be asked. This gives individuals an opportunity to have any expired or unwanted prescription medication properly disposed to prevent the medication from falling into the wrong hands.
The drop location will be in the lobby of the Powder Springs Police Department located at 1114 Richard D. Sailors Parkway in Powder Springs from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
