Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Information

Date: December 1, 2023
Parade: 6:30pm
Parade Location: Marietta St to Downtown
Tree Lighting: 7:30pm, immediately following the Parade
Tree Lighting Location: Thurman Springs Park, Home of the Hardy Family Automotive Amphitheater

Come welcome in the Christmas season as we line Marietta Street to experience the magic of the Christmas Parade as Santa makes his entry into Powder Springs!

 

After the parade head over to Thurman Springs Park to see the lighting of the beautiful Christmas Tree!   Enjoy the complimentary cocoa, cookies and photos with Santa.

Reindeer Scavenger Hunt

Date: Dec. 3 - Jan.5
Location: Throughout Powder Springs

Santa’s Reindeer have gotten loose and are hidden around town! Get a Scavenger Hunt Card and follow the clues to find each reindeer, write the location of each one and when you have completed your card stop by the Book Worm Bookstore for a Prize Bag full of fun!

 

You can also visit The Book Worm Bookstore or Hand-Me-Up's to retrieve a scavenger hunt card.
