The course is out and back starting in Historic Downtown Powder Springs behind
City Hall and proceeds west along Dallas-Powder Springs Road where it connects
with the Lucile Trail, turns north, crosses the Silver Comet Trail and continues ½ mile to the turn-around point. The Lucile Trail is a 10-foot wide paved concrete facility rambling through picturesque wooded areas along the western bank of Lucille Creek. The race will held rain or shine!

The City of Powder Springs is pleased to announce that the Gallery at Powder Springs has a new installation. The new exhibit will be open to the public on March 20, 2017 and will feature local artist Barbara Criner.
There will be a reception for the Criner exhibit on March 25, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. at the Gallery at Powder Springs located at 4488 Pineview Dr. Criner will be discussing her unique ability to express the essence and emotion of her subject in portraiture and her skill in communicating and processing the request of her clients into a finished work of art. The Gallery at Powder Springs is part of the new public art initiative and a partnership between the City of Powder Springs and the South Cobb Arts Alliance.
